INFORMATION FOR INVESTORS

REV Technologies (VCC) Inc, (the “VCC”) is a Venture Capital Corporation established under the Province of British Columbia’s Small Business Venture Capital Act to raise capital solely for Rapid Electric Vehicles Inc (“REV”).

The VCC will purchase one share in REV for each share that investors purchase in the VCC. Each common share purchased by investors in the VCC will therefore correspond to one share in REV.

GreenAngel Energy Corp. is providing investment services to REV Technologies (VCC) Inc. and is raising operating capital to take advantage of a variety of growth and sales opportunities.

This offering is an investment opportunity in the REV Technologies (VCC) Inc. that allows up to 30% B.C. VCC refundable tax credit (applicable to 2011 taxes).

Further, this investment is RRSP eligible, for up to an additional 44% in tax savings.

This offering is available to Accredited Investors using the Accredited Investor exemption or to Non-Accredited Investors through an Offering Memorandum.

Executive Summary

REV is developing a game-changing energy storage control system. Our technologies allows electric vehicles to act as mobile generators that power equipment, buildings and the utility grid itself. With the advent of millions of battery electric cars and trucks coming to market and with our patent pending vehicle-to-grid EV technologies, we believe we are uniquely positioned to become the world leader in two-way energy storage management.

Over the past 2 years we’ve developed the technologies that allow electric vehicles to become integrated grid storage, acting as high-output endpoints that can be called on as power resources to improve reliability of the grid and increase society’s adoption of wind and solar power.
