Vancouver, BC, August 7, 2015 – GreenAngel Energy Corporation (“GreenAngel”) (TSX-V: GAE) announces the granting of 200,000 options to purchase common shares to its directors under its Incentive Stock Option Plan. The options are exercisable at an exercise price of $.05 for a period of five years and they are subject to a three year vesting provision.
During June and August, 2015 a total of 575,000 options expired or were cancelled.
This grant, which is subject to regulatory approval, brings the total number of options outstanding to 845,000.
