GreenAngel Energy Grants Stock Options

Vancouver, BC, February 14, 2011 – GreenAngel Energy Corp (“GreenAngel”) (TSX-V: GAE) announces the granting of 150,000 options to purchase common shares to its staff and directors under its Incentive Stock Option Plan. The options are exercisable at an exercise price of $.20 for a period of five years and they are subject to a three year vesting provision. This grant, which is subject to shareholder and regulatory approval, brings the total number of options outstanding to 1,350,000.
