GreenWire Newsletter #3 – April 2011

“GreenTech Investment at its Finest”

  GreenWire – Issue 3 – April 2011

Letter from Bob de Wit, CEO of GreenAngel Energy

Robert Bob de WitCongratulations to David Brett, winner of our “Name That Newsletter” competition, and author of the name, “GreenWire”. David is now the proud owner of a GreenAngel sweater, which he will wear during his dinner (on us) at the Raincity Grill. Thank you to all who participated. We had a great response, and our decision was difficult given the number of quality entries. We had so much fun with this contest, that we’re going to do another one, this time we’re giving away a bike!

This past month was very exciting for us here in the GreenAngel office as we prepared for the release of our audited 2010 financial statements. The success of the GreenAngel business model is clearly taking shape as the company reports significant earnings. We’ve written an article that explains how we calculated these earnings and what they represent for the company.

With the year end financials comes another great opportunity to show off the success of our investees through a combined Showcase and AGM on May 12th. There’s no charge to attend, and following a short AGM at 2pm we will open the floor to our investee companies to show off their green technology.

Things are moving fast at GreenAngel as our investee companies continue to reach critical milestones. We strive to keep you up to date on our progress and are always available for questions or feedback by contacting us through the website, email or our social media channels.

Sincerely,
Bob de Wit
