GreenAngel Energy Corp has changed its name to TIMIA Capital Corp. The Company continues to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the new ticker symbol, “TCA”.

Shares in GreenAngel Energy Corp have been exchanged for shares in TIMIA Capital Corp on a one-for-one basis.

This change in name was made to reflect the Company’s change in focus from equity investing in early stage clean-tech ventures to financing growth stage technology companies using the “Revenue Based Financing” model. In Revenue Based Financing, we provide capital to growing companies in exchange for a limited royalty interest in monthly sales.

There have been no changes made to the Board of Directors.

TIMIA will continue to manage the GreenAngel portfolio of equity investments but will not be making new cleantech equity investments.
